Alberta First Responders 5km In Their Boots 2025

We.re looking for enthusiastic, dependable volunteers to help make 5km In Their Boots a success! Whether you’re helping with set up, cheering on runners, or capturing great moments behind the camera you time and energy will make a difference. Join us for a morning of fun, community spirit, and pancakes!

Set-up crew will start at 6am - 9am

All other roles: 7:30am - 12pm

Please arrive 15 min early to check in.

~ Must be ages 18+ (some exceptions)

~ Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift items

~Photographer must have experience and own gear, as well as be mobile and able to span distances to capture different areas of the event.

After signing up:

~you will receive an email confirmation with your assigned role

~receive final role instructions by email on September 28

~partake in a virtual orientation call to take place on September 30

All volunteers will receive - event Tee, pancake breakfast, volunteer appreciation goodie bag.
