Registrations Close - 11:59pm Sunday 28 September. Entry fees increase as per the schedule below.
Standard - Until 11.59pm Wednesday 24 September 2025
Late - Thursday 25 September to Sunday 28 September 2025
If your club prefers to pay via invoice/bank transfer, please email outofstadia@athletics.org.nz with the number of teams and grades you would like to enter. You will then be provided with a code to allow you to enter for 'free' once the payment has been received.
Team members can be changed up until the entry closing date by logging into your Race Roster account.
You can enter multiple teams at once. Once you have entered the information for the first team, click "ADD ANOTHER TEAM" at the bottom of the page to add another team.
NZ Championship Events
To be eligible for the NZ Championship events, all team members must be registered competitive members of an Athletics NZ club on the day of the event.
All members must meet the age requirements for their event category

Social/Community/Corporate Event
To enter the Social/Community/Corporate event you DO NOT need to be a member of a club
Team Managers:
- Team Manager meeting will be held on Friday 3rd October, 6pm to 7pm at Te Āhuru Mōwai (Feilding Library), 64 Stafford St, Feilding.
