Back for the 3rd year, we simplified the wellness challenge!
Starting in October, in time for Healthy Workplace month, the challenge will continue to include behaviours from Canada’s 24-Hour Movement Guidelines and the 4 pillars of the Balance Strategy. The Challenge concludes in May 2026.
You only need to track one behaviour each month.
Sign up using here to start tracking.
Each month has a specific challenge that you need to track on a daily basis.
Here are the Monthly Challenges:

November: ≤3 hours recreational screen time
December: ≥1.5L water/day

Challenge Information
When you sign up, you must sign up on a team. Each unit is a team. If your unit is not listed or if you would like to sub-divide your unit into smaller teams, please contact us.
The Voxair website will act as the Challenge website. On this site, you will find a link to Race Roster, the monthly themes and the leaderboard featuring the top Units.
How to track:
Example: October - daily goal is walk over 7,000 steps. We want to know DID you walk over 7,000 steps, not how many steps you had that day. If you did walk over 7,000 steps you enter the number one '1' for that day. You can go in and input for multiple days if you have missed a day. Simply chose the day you wish to input information on and submit '1' for that day.
