How to submit behaviours (activity) for the CFB Winnipeg Wellness Challenge

  1. Go to the results page:
  2. Click “Post an activity” at the top of the page
  3. Next you have the choice to either:
    1. Sign into your Race Roster account
    2. Enter your confirmation number & last name
  4. Post your activity:
    Important! When you post an activity, choose the day that you met your goal, and enter "1" in the field below the date.
    To ensure your results are captured accurately, it is important to only enter 1 for each day.

  5. Once you have submitted an activity, you will then be taken to your challenge dashboard where you can see your completed activities, and goal completion progress.VirtualChallengeInstruction_IndividualResults_Blobberation-min.png
