Team Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) participants join in on the fun of the Pittsburgh Marathon Weekend of Events through miles, medals, and most importantly moments! This is your moment to fundraise and help turn type one into type none! There’s something for everyone at this event. When you join Team Breakthrough T1D , we’re committed to supporting you before and throughout the race weekend. Know that every step you take brings us closer to our finish line—a world without T1D.

Full Marathon  

• Raise $100 and receive the Team Breakthrough T1D performance t-shirt
• Raise $300 and receive the Team Breakthrough T1D Race Day Singlet
• Raise $500 and receive a full discount on your registration fee

Half Marathon 

• Raise $100 and receive the Team Breakthrough T1D  performance t-shirt
• Raise $300 and receive the Team Breakthrough T1D Race Day Singlet
• Raise $400 and receive a full discount on your registration fee

Marathon Relay Team

• Raise $100 (individually) and receive the Team Breakthrough T1D performance t-shirt
• Raise $300 (individually) and receive the Team Breakthrough T1D  Race Day Singlet
• Raise $1,000 (as a team) and receive a full discount on your registration fee
