Help Roman raise money

My name is Roman Liberati and I am currently a Senior at Slippery Rock University studying Health and Physical Education with a minor in Adapted Physical Activity. 

Sports have the power to change lives. As someone deeply involved in teaching, coaching, and adapted physical activity, I’ve seen firsthand how movement, teamwork, and competition can build confidence, independence, and joy. That’s why I’m fundraising for Envision Blind Sports, an organization dedicated to providing athletic opportunities for individuals who are blind or visually impaired.

For many, sports might seem like an impossible challenge, but Envision Blind Sports proves otherwise. They create inclusive programs that empower athletes to develop skills, build friendships, and experience the thrill of competition—just like anyone else. Their work goes beyond the game; it fosters independence, self-esteem, and a lifelong love of movement.

To support this incredible cause, I am running in the Pittsburgh Marathon this May to raise funds and awareness for Envision Blind Sports. Every mile I run is a step toward making sports more accessible for individuals with visual impairments.
