This cause is very close to my heart, as I have personally struggled with anxiety and depression since childhood. The CMHA has been a lifeline for me, providing invaluable resources and support when I needed it most, especially during my time in British Columbia. Now, as a donor myself, I am passionate about giving back and raising awareness about mental health. My goal is to raise $200 for the CMHA Montreal branch.
