My Story…
I suffered a heart attack and was treated in part by the Montreal General. During my recovery in cardio rehab it was suggested to me to run as a way of improving my cardio health.
Last fall I completed my first organized 5K and am now targeting a 10K and wanted to give back to the institution that helped me recover
