Race Pack:
Race Pack pick up - Friday 9th May - between 10:00am and 3:00pm in the Conference Room at the
Beachfront Hotel 111 Revell Street Hokitika.
Your Race Pack will contain your Race Number and Race Information. All 100km, 54km and 24km runners also include a t-shirt, 2 reflective slapbands and a breakfast voucher.
Your Race Number must be displayed on the front of your clothing at all times.
Note: Every entrant has a Race Pack and these must be picked up in order to compete. You also must bring your compulsory gear to be checked off. (Spot checks will be made at Race Pack Pick Up and on the Start Line) The above times will be adhered too and due to the race starting at 5:00am in the morning, we can not make arrangements for Race Packs to be picked up outside of the above times.
24km and 6km competitors can choose to have the race packs couriered out 10 days before the event.
Race Briefing:
The Race Briefing for the 100km and 54km will be from 4:00pm to 6:00pm on Friday 9th May at the Hokitika Regent Theatre, 23 Weld Street, Hokitika. This is compulsory for all 100km and 54km entrants, you all must attend the Race Briefing on Friday evening.
The 24km Race Briefing will be on the Start Line at Hans Bay at 10:45am on Saturday 10th May.
The 6km Race Briefing will be on the Start Line at Kaniere Township at 11:50 on Saturday 10th May.
