The 2025 Rainbow Cup Tobago is an International Triathlon held in Tobago W.I (in the Caribbean). Competitors come from all different islands and as far as from the UK, Spain, Canada and Germany. There is a Sprint Distance Triathlon, a Standard Distance Triathlon and many other events such as a 5k Run, Team Relay Triathlon and Kids Triathlon events all in one day.
PLEASE NOTE THAT TRINIDAD & TOBAGO TRIATHLON FEDERATION (TTTF MEMBERSHIP) IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY TRIATHLON EVENT IN T&T.
