Let's Run!
We are excited to share that my sister and I are running a half-marathon together in support of the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). Mental health affects us all—whether directly or through family, friends, or colleagues—and the CMHA provides essential programs and support to those who need it most.
Training for this race has been a challenge, but it’s nothing compared to the challenges faced by people struggling with mental health every day. That’s why we’re asking for your support. Every donation helps the CMHA continue its vital work in building awareness, providing resources, and supporting individuals across Canada.
