Did you know over 3 million Canadians live with serious lung diseases like COPD and pulmonary fibrosis? My grandmother and aunt are two of them. For many, lung transplants are the only hope — but donor organs are scarce, and the surgery is risky.
That’s why we’re proud to support Dr. Darcy Wagner, a pioneering bioengineer at McGill University who is growing new lung tissue in the lab. Her groundbreaking work could revolutionize respiratory care and give hope to millions.
This September 21, join us at the Beneva Marathon for the Breakthrough Run — a campaign raising funds to advance Dr. Wagner’s life-changing research.
