My Story…

The Canadian Army —and running— changed my life. It pushed me, shaped me, and helped mold me into the man I am today. From an ill-disciplined 19 year old to now, it's thanks to the Canadian Armed Forces and the decision to tie up my laces and hit the track to pursue my goals. That’s why I’m proud to run in the 2025 Canada Army Run—every kilometre is a tribute to resilience, growth, and the people who serve.
