Gilda's Toronto

This year's 2025 TCS Toronto Waterfront Marathon, ½ Marathon and 5K Run/Walk supports Gilda's Toronto.  Gilda’s Toronto provides cancer support programs free of charge to adults living with cancer as well as support for their teens and children who are experiencing cancer-related stress as a result of living with someone with cancer. Gilda’s also provide bereavement support to those who have lost someone to cancer. By joining our Gilda’s Toronto team or supporting us in this event, you ensure that individuals and families affected by cancer continue to receive the much needed emotional, educational, and health-focused support. The need for Gilda’s Toronto has never been greater as our membership continues to grow. We have seen more people with later-stage cancers are seeking support from Gilda's Toronto. All of Gilda’s Toronto’s programs are offered free of charge, ensuring there are no financial concerns to prevent anyone from participating. Funds raised will maintain our cancer support groups and programs which help reduce isolation and cancer-related anxiety. In the words of a Gilda’s member participant: "My world fell apart when I was diagnosed with cancer, but joining the Gilda’s Toronto community, made me feel like I wasn’t alone and no words can fully express my gratitude for their incredible support." Thanks for helping us fulfill our vision: to help people live, while living with cancer. Our fundraising goal - $70,000 with prizes to our top 3 fundraisers.
