My Story…
This past January I completed my first ever marathon. Why stop at one, right? For my second marathon this year, I’ve decided to once again raise money as a fundraising participant for The American Association for Cancer Research.
This year, I am running in honor of my father, Ken Bieber, who has TWICE beaten cancer! (Why stop at one, right?) My dad is one of 18,000,000 survivors in the United States living with, through, and beyond this disease thanks to research funded by organizations like AACR. AACR’s mission is to prevent and cure cancer through: Research, Education, Communication, Collaboration, Science Policy and Advocacy. 
I'm so proud to be participating in another Philly Marathon Weekend, and I'm looking forward to taking on all 26.2 miles this time. I hope to see you out there cheering for me or donating a few dollars to my fundraising efforts!
