I’m running this marathon to support lifesaving cancer research with the American Association for Cancer Research (AACR). Every mile I run is in honor of my grandfather, Dennis Redo, and my husband’s uncle, Al Sacco—two incredible lives taken too soon.

Cancer research is changing what’s possible—advancing prevention, improving screening, and expanding treatment options so that more patients, survivors, and families can look forward to brighter futures.
