My Story…
Ten years ago, I lost my dad to cancer.
Neil Arnold was my biggest cheerleader, no matter the activity. He drove me to Saturday morning music lessons and Wednesday afternoon choir practices, cheered me on at countless lacrosse games, and made me a special breakfast on days when I had a big test.
When we needed some extra motivation, he left little notes in our lunchboxes, usually featuring his signature frog. A few of these remarkable pieces of art have been lovingly preserved by my mom:
"Inside of you are all the ingredients to make someone else's day.
Try a batch or two and, maybe, tweak the recipe."
This year, I'm running the Philadelphia Marathon and raising $1,000 for the American Association for Cancer Research.
These funds will directly support the AACR’s mission to prevent and cure cancer through research, education, and science policy advocacy. Cancer research is progressing every year. With AI and other advances, we can help people live longer, healthier lives.
Thank you for being my cheerleader and for anything you can give to my cause. Together, we can find a cure.
