Bag Check Process on Race Day
- Bag Check will be marked by a visible tent when you arrive.
- Ensure your items are securely consolidated within your bag.
- Once you arrive at the Bag Check TentTo retrieve your checked bag, a volunteer will attach a tag to your bag with your bib number written on the tag.
- When you wish to retrieve your bag, you (or someone else on your behalf) must show your race bib to the Bag Check volunteers. Volunteers will reference your bib number in order to retrieve your bag.
- Any bags not picked up by the time Bag Check is closed will be taken to Run Calgary HQ (1515 Highfield Crescent SE #17, Calgary, AB T2G 5M4) and kept for 14 days before being donated to charity. Event Organizers assume no risk for items checked or left behind.
