As part of our commitment to giving back to the community, LendScout is proud to host the 4th Annual Dog Jog, a dog-friendly 5k run/walk. This event is more than a race - it's an opportunity to connect people, pets, and purpose. Partnering with Gilmore Dog Rescue, we aim to find loving, forever homes for dogs in needs on race day. Your sponsorship directly supports these efforts, enhancing adoption success and community engagement.

SPONSORSHIP BENEFITS (What LendScout Will Provide):

1. Vendor Village Presence:
   • A reserved booth space for showcasing your products or services.
   • Sponsors are responsible for bringing tents, tables, and necessary display items.
2. Logo Placement:
   • Your logo will be prominently featured on the event website.
   • File Requirements:
     • Format: High-resolution PNG, EPS, or SVG (vector files preferred).
     • Size: Minimum width of 1000 pixels for raster files.
     • Background: Transparent background (if applicable).
   • Submit your logo in the registration process here or you can email it to nredman@1asmc.com.
3. Participant Packets Inclusion:
   • Opportunity to include a flyer or promotional item in participant packets.
   • LendScout can assist with printing standard flyers (8.5" x 11") if needed.
   • Plan for distribution to approximately 500 registrants.
4. Participant Communications:

Recognition in regular email communications to registered participants leading up to the event.

SPONSOR RESPONSIBILITIES (What Sponsor Will Provide):

1. Digital Marketing Collaboration: Share event promotion through your digital channels (e.g., social media, newsletter, website).
2. Client Activation: Collaborate with your team to include event-related content in client communications (e.g., closing packets).
3. Volunteer Support (if applicable): Assist in filling volunteer needs, if relevant and feasible.
