Refund Policy for The Royal Challenge 2025
We understand that circumstances may change, and participants may need to withdraw from the event. Our refund policy is as follows:
Full Refund
- Participants who withdraw on or before Sunday, 6th April 2025 (4 weeks prior to race day) will be eligible for a 100% refund of their entry fee.
50% Refund
- Participants who withdraw between Monday, 7th April 2025, and Wednesday, 1st May 2025 will be eligible for a 50% refund of their entry fee.
No Refund
- No refunds will be provided for withdrawals made on or after Thursday, 2nd May 2025.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, participants must contact the event organizers via email at steve@sportwell.com.au and provide their registration details. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving a valid request.
Important Notes:
- Refunds apply to the entry fee only. Any additional fees (e.g., merchandise, park entry costs) are non-refundable.
- Transfers of entry to another participant may be possible. Please contact the organizers for more details.
