Our story…
The Major David Brodeur Memorial Foundation is participating in it's 10th year as a registered non-profit for the Falmouth Road Race. As you some of you know, David's life, and 8 others, ended in a horrific incident in Kabul, Afghanistan on April 27, 2011.
We are honored to have a team raise funds for this foundation. The funds that we raise through Falmouth, all go back to the foundation to award scholarships and grants to the students and teachers of the Auburn Public Schools. Each year we award between $8000 and $10,000 per year as a result of this run.
I hope you'll be able to assist our team reach our team goal of $10,000. We are looking forward to running with each other and 12,500 additional friends.
We all run with David on our shoulder and in our hearts.
