The Best Buddies mission is to establish a global volunteer movement creating opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, leadership development, and inclusive living for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), ultimately ending their social, physical, and economic isolation. They achieve this through programs focused on meaningful friendships, secure jobs, leadership skills, and supportive community living, aiming for a world where these individuals are fully integrated into society.
