My Story…
This year has been one of the most challenging I've ever faced - and doing it with two little pairs of eyes watching has made it even harder. Taking part in something that supports women's mental health and those experiencing postpartum depression and anxiety, while also pushing myself to keep moving, feels like the most meaningful way I can contribute at this point in time.
