HOTW OFFERS the ability to purchase ENHANCED REFUND PROTECTION PROGRAM at the time of registration
ELIGIBLE WITHDRAWAL REFUND
In addition to the above, HOTW does allow for refund requests as per the below stated policy (if the refund program has not been purchased). The refund is automatically issued to the credit card originally used to pay for registration. If this card has since been cancelled or has expired, its the athlete’s responsibility to notify the administrator.
Requests for refunds must be notified via email to admin@hellofthewest.com. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed.
- 80% of entry fee refundable for athlete withdrawal request made up to 11:59pm on 27th December 2025
- 60% of entry fee refundable for athlete withdrawal request made up to 11:59pm on 7th February 2026
- NO REFUNDS after midnight 7th February 2026
TRANSFERS
- No transfers to next years event
- Transfers to another person are available prior to midnight 7th February 2026, via transfer email request to admin@hellofthewest.com
- NO REFUNDS after midnight 15th February 2025
