What if I want to withdraw from the Random Selection, or no longer want to / can't participate in the Knee Knackering North Shore Trail Run?

At any time until the day of the event, you can withdraw your application on your participant dashboard

1) Log into your Race Roster account.
2) Navigate to your participant dashboard
3) Click Edit Registration
4) Click the checkbox for WITHDRAWAL: I no longer wish to participate.
5) Click Save

If you do this before the Random Selection date, your name will be removed from the Random Selection process.

If you purchased Registration Refund Insurance, you can make a claim at requestmyrefund.com.

What if I change my mind about the Early Start Option?

Until 11:59 PM on June 15, you can select OR de-select the Early Start Option on your participant dashboard

1) Log into your Race Roster account.
2) Navigate to your participant dashboard
3) Click Edit Registration
4) Select "Yes" or "No" for the Early Start Option.
5) Click Save
