The 21K Nespresso de Montréal an iconic race for Montréal’s vibrant running community is welcoming participants back to the scenic routes of Parc Jean-Drapeau on April 18 and 19, 2026 !

Participants of all levels are invited to experience the stunning scenery and tremendous energy of the 21K de Montréal.

Minor participant discount: A $10 discount will be offered to participants aged 17 and under when registering for the 5 km or 10 km event.

An adapted sports program is available for people with functional limitations who wish to participate in the events.
