Hi! I'm Arielle, the cofounder of Scattered Automatic Expression Association, a nonprofit primarily based in Monteregie and Montreal, where our mission is to create a Mental wellness community, run psychoeducation, artistic platforming events and wellness workshops across Quebec and Canada, acting as preventative measures to combat rapidly declining mental health in all individuals. 

We also offer specialized workshops and services for Neurodivergent individuals and families supporting these folk.

Our vision is to empower youth and individuals to harness their inner strength and take charge of their mental wellness. A future where people critically understand the forces impacting their mental health, remain attuned to their authentic selves and mindfully express their thoughts and feelings through creative and artistic practices.

With your help, we're aiming to raise over 3000$ to run our Scattered workshops, accessible to all (at no cost to the participants), and to run our Arts4All variety show and art market taking place in June 2026, supporting, platforming and empowering neurodivergent musicians and visual artists in Quebec.
