From Verdun to the Plateau, Fondation Santé Urbaine supports the improvement of care across two hospitals, eight CLSCs and fourteen long-term care centres in Montreal’s Centre-South. By funding essential equipment, facility upgrades and programs, it helps deliver more compassionate and higher-performing care, from birth through end of life.
