🎀 Une course pour une cause qui me tient particulièrement à cœur 🎀

Cette année, je participerai au semi-marathon de Montréal et j’ai décidé de profiter de ce défi pour faire une collecte de fonds au profit de la Fondation du cancer du sein.

Je courrai aussi en la mémoire de ma sœur, qui est ma source de motivation, de courage et d’inspiration dans cette lutte🤍

Rappelons-le : 1 femme sur 8 au Québec sera touchée par le cancer du sein au cours de sa vie. C’est pourquoi j’aimerais, à ma petite échelle, contribuer à soutenir les personnes touchées par la maladie et faire avancer la recherche.

Parce qu’au fond, il n’est pas nécessaire de faire de grandes choses pour avoir un grand impact. Un message, un partage, quelques mots sincères ou simplement un petit geste peuvent faire une réelle différence.

Si vous souhaitez vous joindre à moi dans cette aventure, vous avez la possibilité de faire un don, quel que soit le montant. Et pour celles et ceux qui ne peuvent pas participer financièrement, vos encouragements seront tout aussi précieux. 🏃‍♀️💕

🎀 A run for a cause that is especially close to my heart 🎀

This year, I’ll be taking part in the Beneva Montreal Half Marathon, and I’ve decided to take on this challenge while raising funds for the Breast Cancer Foundation.

I’ll also be running in memory of my sister, who remains my source of motivation, courage, and inspiration throughout this journey. 🤍

Let’s remember: 1 in 8 women in Quebec will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. That’s why I want to do my part, in my own small way, to support those affected by this disease and help advance research.

Because at the end of the day, you don’t have to do something big to make a big impact. A message, a share, a few heartfelt words, or simply a small gesture can make a real difference.
