Help Sasmita raise money

Dear Friends, Family, and Colleagues,

This year, I will once again participate in the Beneva Marathon to raise funds for cancer research at the Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer (IRIC), a place that has been an important part of my professional life for many years. Throughout my career in cancer research and drug discovery, I have had the privilege of witnessing both the incredible progress science can make and the immense courage shown by patients and their families in the face of this disease.

Cancer touches all of us in one way or another. Behind every research project is a patient waiting for better treatments, more time with loved ones, and hope for a healthier future. This is why this cause is so deeply meaningful to me.

As many of you know, I am not getting any younger, but each year I continue to run because the cause gives me strength, purpose, and hope.Every step I take during this half marathon race  is dedicated to those who are fighting cancer, those we have lost, and those who continue to inspire us with their resilience and courage. While my contribution may be small, together we can make a real difference. The funds raised will directly support innovative cancer research at IRIC, helping scientists develop new therapies and bring hope to patients and their families.

I would be deeply grateful for your support. No donation is too small, and every contribution brings us one step closer to better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
