For my first marathon, I will be raising money for Leucan, a non-for-profit organization which has provided a comforting presence and indescribable relief to families of childhood cancer all across the province. If you know me even a little bit, you know how much both running and cancer research mean to me. Giving back to all the children in our community and the network of researchers and caregivers who fight to support them has always been my driving force forward.

Leucan has supported me and countless children throughout all the stages of childhood cancer: they provide bursaries, in-hospital teachers, and all sorts of supportive measures at the diagnosis, during illness, and after treatment. Needless to say, this truly means the world to me. Feel free to donate any amount, or even simply share it to those around you.
