Help Luis Angel raise money

I am running the 10K at the Marathon Beneva de Montréal to support the Association québécoise de prévention du suicide (AQPS).

Not only a helping hand must be available for people going through difficult parts of their life, but we also we have to break the stigma around depression and the consequences it can have. The AQPS provides 24/7 crisis support and free resources across Quebec. Furthermore, their outreach reduces stigma and trains communities to recognize signs of distress.

My goal is to raise $200 to help keep these critical support lines and community programs active.
