This year I’ll be embarking on my first marathon event to run in support of the BRaIN Trainee Committee! During my time as the former Chair of the committee, we were able to bring to life many new events and initiatives, such as the BRaIN Symposium, career panels, networking events, and the Pink Box, many of which wouldn’t have been possible without funding support. In order to help ensure the committee is able to continue providing valuable resources to our community, I am dedicating my miles to help expand its capacity and reach in fostering growth and empowering our trainees.
