WOW, I cannot believe how fast summer is going. My apologies for not having an update out to you sooner. We are right in the middle of race season, and this has been barreling towards us, hasn't it?

Good news! Not much has changed from last year with the course. We are just watching some logging activity between CP5 and CP6 to see what happens, but we will likely revert this section to the 2024 route. Standby on that. We are also in touch with another logging company that is active in the area between CP9 and CP10, but they are very aware of our activity, and they have committed to working with us to minimize any disruption. Honestly, we have a great relationship with this company, West Fraser, and they treat us like key stakeholders in the area.
We will be keeping CP6/CP10 at the Polish Hall in Coleman. An actual roof over our heads, instead of a tent. :D
200-MILER FINISH MEAL TIME CHANGE
Unfortunately, we have to change the time of the post-race meal and awards on Friday due to a timing conflict with another event at the resort. This is completely out of our hands, and we apologize if it messes up your plans.
We will start the post-race gathering at 11:15am Friday.
The good news is that if we have finishers coming in during the last hour, we will all be there to welcome them!
If you purchased extra post-race meal tickets and that does not work for you, just let me know, and we will make sure to refund you.
This does not affect the 111k runners - you still have your post-race lunch at 11:30am on Tuesday.

The pre-race meal is a great pasta buffet. The Tuesday lunch for the 111k-ers is TBD but more pub-style (see notes on the form). The Friday lunch will be a much bigger buffet and it's absolutely worth it.
Volunteers get a free meal ticket to one of the events.
