Raise money for Joe Andruzzi Foundation
The Joe Andruzzi Foundation (JAF) is a registered 501(C)(3) non-profit organization committed to providing help, hope, and a reason to smile, for New England cancer patients and their families by contributing financial support when it is needed most.
Through the distribution of grants and gift cards, the Foundation covers basic non-medical needs that patients and caregivers impacted by cancer often find themselves unable to afford, including housing, utilities, food, and transportation. With the help of social workers and patient navigators at more than 100 hospitals throughout New England, JAF is able to identify cancer patients in need of assistance.
The Foundation also hosts (Up)Beat Events. JAF believes that sometimes laughter and relaxation can be the best medicine and can help families forget the burdens of treatment if only for a day.
