My Story…
I’m proud to be running the Falmouth Road Race in support of the Cape and Islands Veterans Outreach Center, an organization dedicated to providing critical services for veterans and their families.
This run is deeply personal to me. I’m running in honor of my late grandfather, Joseph Silvia, a proud Marine veteran. His strength, discipline, and commitment to others continue to inspire me every day.
I’m also running in honor of my great-grandfather, a World War II veteran, and all those who have served our country across generations. Their sacrifices are the reason we have the freedoms we often take for granted.
Veterans face challenges that often go unseen, from securing stable housing to accessing mental health care and basic resources. The Cape and Islands Veterans Outreach Center works tirelessly to ensure that no veteran is left behind, offering life-changing support to those who need it most.
By donating, you’re not just supporting my run—you’re helping provide real, tangible assistance to veterans in our community. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a difference.
Thank you for being part of this journey with me and for helping honor the service and sacrifice of our veterans.
