Our story…

The Foundation to Advance Catholic Education is looking forward to participating in the 54th Annual Falmouth Road Race. By participating in the Falmouth Road Race for FACE, you will help raise critical scholarship aid for students to attend a school in the Diocese of Fall River.

The Foundation to Advance Catholic Education wants to meet the challenges of serving more culturally and economically diverse populations, while addressing the sustained increase in the demand for tuition financial assistance for families striving to send their children to our schools. The goal of FACE is to provide need-based scholarships to ensure that no child is denied the opportunity of attending a Catholic school in the Diocese of Fall River due to financial hardship.

Description

The Foundation to Advance Catholic Education (FACE) was established in 1991, and was formerly known as the St. Mary’s Education Fund, exists to ensure that low income or financial hardships are not barriers to educational access for families who wish to choose where they send their children to school. The goal of FACE is to provide need-based scholarships to ensure that no child is denied the opportunity of attending a Catholic school in the Diocese of Fall River due to financial hardship.
