Run for a Cause, Give for a Legacy
Honoring Chase Soares, Changing Lives Through Giving
In memory of Chase Soares, a passionate athlete and a kind soul, the Team Chase Foundation is honored to participate in the Falmouth Road Race—not just to run, but to make a lasting impact. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit, we are committed to helping children and families in need, ensuring every young person has the opportunity to grow, thrive, and succeed.
Why Your Support Matters
Your donation directly supports:
✅ Scholarships that give kids access to sports, mentorship, and positive opportunities
✅ Annual scholarships for graduating Cape Cod seniors to support their future education
✅ Community outreach projects, including funding youth programs, hosting toy drives, and supporting families in need
Your donation is more than a gift—it’s a game-changer for a child’s future.
Be Part of the Movement
Every dollar raised helps create more opportunities for children and families.
