Our story…
The Falmouth Road Race is deeply woven into the story of William’s Be Yourself Challenge. William spent every summer in Falmouth, running barefoot on the beach, riding his bike through town, and soaking up everything that makes that community so special. Susie grew up volunteering at the race, so it has always been more than just an event to our family — it’s tradition, connection, and belonging. Today, William’s friends still lace up their sneakers and run in his honor, carrying his spirit with them mile after mile.
This year, every dollar raised through the race supports The Green House — our retreat for families grieving the loss of a child or spouse. What began as a family tradition has become a powerful way to turn remembrance into impact.
