Course

There is a STRICT 13:45/mi pace requirement for the 8K and a 1 Hour time limit for the 5K.

Packet Pickup

We recommend picking up your bib, shirt and sponsor offerings before race morning.

Strollers

Strollers are allowed to participate in every distance. We do ask that stroller runners start towards the end of the starting chute.

Pets

Due to the nature of this course and amount of runners, pets are not allowed.

Headphones

It is very important to be aware of your surroundings at all times. We discourage the use of headphones but if you are using, please keep volume at a reasonable level. This allows you to hear call outs needed by Visually Impaired Guides, Volunteers, Emergency vehicles and as a courtesy of all runners.

Awards

5K Award ceremony will be held at 8:30AM on the stage at TD Amp. If you cannot stay for the awards ceremony, you will receive an email with instructions on how to pick up award.

All finishers receive a finisher medal.

There are NO refunds for this race.
