BACK AND DIRTIER THAN EVER!
The Dirty Docker Festival is back for its second year, bigger, bolder, and dirtier than before! This epic weekend festival of gravel, cyclocross, and trail running returns to the Macedon Ranges on October 10-11 2026, promising an action-packed adventure on two wheels (or two feet!).
Whether you’re here to race, ride, or run, expect off-road thrills, mud, sweat, and beers in a celebration of endurance and camaraderie. The Dirty Docker is more than just a race, it's a festival of adventure, community, and good times.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Three epic off-road events – choose your discipline or tackle them all!
Outdoor bar, food trucks & fire pits – because great racing deserves great vibes
Saturday night live music – Basque in those festival spirits
Camping & Glamping options – from basic pitches to luxury setups
Challenging terrains – gravel, mud, sand, obstacles & more
Whether you're taking on the POT (65KM), SCHOONER (110KM), PINT (140KM), or keeping it chill with the Lanny Loop (15KM), you’ll be marshalled, fuelled, and cheered all the way to the finish. And let’s not forget the Cross Vegas & Lanny CX races for all you cyclocross fanatics! Feeling brave? The Events

COBAWsome pulls together all my favourite riding from this region. The Cobaw Ridge is one of Victoria’s quiet achievers, a proper hidden gem. You can ride it on gravel, MTB it, run the trails, hike it, camp it… it’s the kind of place that keeps you coming back. Once you roll beyond the ridge, you drop into a beautiful pocket of rolling pea-gravel roads, scattered rock features, and that unmistakable country that sits between Tooborac and the edges of Heathcote. It’s honest, raw, and incredibly good riding. Every time I’m out there, I’m surprised more people haven’t experienced it! And that’s a big part of why the Dirty Docker exists. It’s about sharing this part of the world and the riding that really needs to be seen (and ridden) to be understood.
The best thing about Cyclo-Cross is that it’s bloody fun, simple as that. Cross Vegas isn’t a sanctioned race; it’s closer to an exhibition where getting involved matters more than results. It’s traffic-free, safe for kids, and a perfect place to have a go.If you’ve raced CX before, you’ll love it. If you haven’t, this is the ideal way in. CX bike, gravel bike, any bike with a drop bar, it all works. Bring what you’ve got, bring the good vibes, and get stuck in.
The Lanny XC is short, punchy, and anything but straightforward. Think obstacles, mud, twists, turns, and just enough chaos to keep it interesting. If you want to put the foot down and test yourself at the front, it’ll do that. If you’re newer or just keen to have a crack, it’s built so you can dial it to your own level. It’s not an officially sanctioned race - more an exhibition - and the goal is simple: have fun and challenge yourself as much (or as little) as you want. All you need is a pair of runners, so bring them along and jump in.
What is the Dirty Hatrick? The Dirty Hatrick is the ultimate triple threat at the Dirty Docker, combining Cobrawesome, Crossveags, and the Lanny XC. It’s fast gravel, punchy climbs, and a few “what-was-I-thinking?” moments, the kind of challenge that leaves you grinning (and gasping) at the finish. Take on the Hatrick and you’re not just riding you’re earning a badge of honourwhile tackling the craziest, most fun sections of the Dirty Docker
And then there’s the Bush Beer Mile - which is very much not your standard Beer Mile. We’re taking it off-road and into Fiesta Village. A bush-style 400m loop, four laps, and a compulsory stop at the Bridge Road Brewers bar every lap. Four beers, four laps, and plenty of questionable decisions along the way. Free Time (0% alc) beer option available — bad decisions optional, laughs guaranteed.
Camping & Glamping

Lean into the full Dirty Docker experience and make a night of it at Fiesta Village, Lancefield Park. Whether you’re rolling in with an RV, pitching a tent, throwing down a swag, or upgrading to one of our glamping setups, we’ve got you covered. Simple, social, and right where the action is.
There will be 2 camping locations to pick from:
Camp Cypress Pines - Away from the action to ensure a good night sleep within the pines
Camp Solstice - Close to the event village and closer to the action
Saturday night is where the heart of the Dirty Docker really beats. Fire pits lit, saunas humming, ice baths ready, live music rolling and a few local touches to round it out - all shared over good food, cold drinks and plenty of laughs with mates. It’s less about rushing off and more about sticking around and soaking it all in.
A FEW PRACTICAL TIPS FOR CAMPING:
Campsite access from 4pm Entry via Chauncey St, Showers and power available onsite , Bridge Road Brewery bar will be operating, BBQs are available but limited - BYO cooking gear recommended
WHAT ABOUT GLAMPING?
If you’re keen to stay right in the heart of the Dirty Docker but prefer your recovery to involve a proper bed and a little extra comfort, our limited glamping option has you covered. Thoughtfully set up, comfortable, and ready when you arrive - it’s an easy landing after a big day on the bike. All the atmosphere of Fiesta Village, with the kind of comfort that makes backing it up the next day feel like a very good idea.
All camping and Glamping can be purchased through Event Registration or Event Store.
