Free Car Parking
We have designated a main car park on the right as you enter via Chauncey Street, please follow the signs and park to avoid confusion. If the parking at Lancefield Park is full, there is ample parking around the streets of Lancefield Park without any parking restrictions on a Saturday or Sunday, all very short walking distance from the start.
Camping and Glamping
Check in for Camping and Glamping will be from 3pm – 10pm. You must enter via Chauncey Street there will be a volunteer to direct you to the left and follow around the oval to the rear of the Fiesta Village.
Campsites will be marked out
Please take camping spots to avoid confusion

Please keep cars and caravans within the marked camping spots
Cars can be parked at main car park
All Camping, Glamping, and camper/van sites will be unpowered. However, we will provide several designated power tents equipped with multiple outlets for charging devices.
On Course photography
There will be a photographer on course at most key pints of the ride, so pull your best blue steel for the camera!!! A photo gallery will be available after the event via our website.
Beer
Bridge Road Brewery will be supplying their great tasting ales to us pre-and post-race. Ensure your hydrated with the best supporter of Cycling in Australia.
Will there be a sag wagon?
Way way back there will be a car following the last rider and pulling in the signs. So, if all else fails there will be someone coming…eventually to help you out.
Will my event be timed?
This is a fully timed event for safety purposes, so we can keep track of everyone out on the course. Your timing devise will begin only when you cross the start line. Remember, this isn’t a classified race, and times will not be published. Go at a pace that allows you to enjoy your day. Take advantage of the aid stations, and don’t forget to soak up the amazing scenery along the way!
Toilets and showers
There are designated toilets and showers in and around the fiesta village, follow the signage. There are also toilets on route
Will there be a drink / AID stations on course?
Yes, we have Multiple drink/aid stations out on the course. There will be the ability to refill water, hydration mix drinks, sweet snacks and fruit as well as some minor first aid supplies at all aid stations.

Km 116 - CLUB SHIMANO - Water / Coffee / Snack
Prices / presentations - what and when will they be?
We will be awarding overall place getters in each event (LANNY XC & CROSS-VEGAS) for 1st, 2nd, 3rd Male and Female and Kids. Each will receive a prize from our sponsors. Presentations will take place directly after each event at the Fiesta Village. If you are not present at the presentation, the next best place will claim your prize.
What about FIRST AID?
Official first aid and medical services will be based at the Fiesta Village and will respond to any emergency calls on the course. If you are injured or see someone who needs medical help, stop to check on them. Then, send the next available person to alert the nearest event marshal, who will contact MQ and send for medical support.
Will there be a bike mechanic on site?
Yes, we will have WHEELHOUSE BIKES on site to attend to any bike issue you may be experiencing last minute. And will have any list minute bike items you may be looking to grab before you head out.
