The Dusty Pig Half Marathon

We look forward to seeing you this Sunday, March 29th at the Dusty Pig Half Marathon! Please read the below information carefully so you know what to expect on race morning. If you have any questions not answered below, please let us know by replying to this email!

Packet Pickup

While we were planning to have a pre-race packet pickup on Saturday at Fleet Feet St. Charles, due to an unfortunate accident involving a vehicle driving into their store this past weekend (everyone is okay outside of some minor injuries), we will only be having race morning packet pickup. So packet pickup will be available beginning at 6:45am on Sunday at the race site in the Start 2 Finish tent.

Parking Info

Participant parking is available at #3, 5, & 17 Missouri Research Park Dr., Weldon Springs, MO 63304. Parking opens at 6:40am. If you arrive after 7:50am, you must come to Missouri Research Park via HWY 94 and park at #4 Missouri Research Dr. 63304. Missouri Research Park Cir will CLOSE for the start of the race at 7:50am and remain closed until 8:30am.

Race Day Schedule

• 6:40am - Parking Opens
• 6:45am - Packet Pickup Opens
• 7:50am - Missouri Research Park Circle Closes until 8:45am
• 8:00am - Half Marathon Start
• 9:45am - Half Marathon Awards Table Opens
• 12:00pm - Course Closes

Course Map

Please review the course information and plan your run accordingly. As a reminder, the course will feature aid stations near miles 2, 5.75, 7.8, 10, and 11.5. Each volunteer staffed aid station will have water and gatorade. We encourage participants to carry their own additional nutritional and fluid needs to suit your personal needs based on weather conditions.

Participant Tracking, Results, and Awards

We will have live tracking available during the half marathon, with splits at miles 5.6 and Mile 10, posted to the results page. Friends and family can go to the results page, search for you and choose to follow you on race morning, so share the results page with them! Finishers will receive results notification via text and email shortly after finishing. Please wear your race number visibly on the front of your torso to ensure your timing chip works. All finishers will receive a custom finisher medal. Awards to the top three overall male/female finishers and the top three male/female in the following age groups: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over.

Post Race

After the race, enjoy post race water, beer from Good News, grilled cheese sandwiches and bacon, as well as warm cookies from Beverly Ann's.
