My Story…
This summer I’ll be traveling to Taiwan to take part in the International Children’s Games as part of Team Hamilton/Canada. The ICG is an internationally recognized youth sporting event that is acknowledged by the International Olympic Committee and brings young athletes from around the world together through sport, cultural exchange, friendship, and the values of fair play.
I was recently invited to join the team, and while I’ll be competing in soccer, this experience is about so much more than just sport. It’s an opportunity to represent Hamilton and Canada, experience a new culture, meet athletes from around the world, and grow both on and off the field.
To help make this journey possible, I’m fundraising to help cover travel and participation costs through the Ancaster Mill Race 10K. Opportunities like this come with significant costs, and your support helps remove financial barriers so athletes like me can proudly represent our community on an international stage.
