Raise money for Parkinson Wellness Projects

Parkinson Wellness Projects is a dynamic gathering place for people with Parkinson’s and their families to exercise, connect, and be supported. We offer unique strategies for living well through our in-person and online services, ensuring that wherever you are, you and your family have access to the help and support you need.

Our evidence-based fitness classes are not only fun, but critical in helping slow Parkinson’s progression and maintain the ability to live independently and stay healthy. Our counselling and support groups provide help and information on how to adapt to life with Parkinson’s. Whether you are newly diagnosed or have had Parkinson’s for years, we offer a place to share your experience with those on a similar journey.
