Join us for Jordan's Run the Runway: 5K Series in London, Chatham-Kent, Sarnia-Lambton, and in St. Thomas-Elgin!
Jordan’s Run the Runway, presented by Siskinds LLP, is a one-of-a-kind 5K run, walk, roll, or pole. This event celebrates the life and legacy of Jordan Strickland, whose passion for the Y and fostering community inspired this incredible fundraiser!
This event is open to participants of all ages and abilities, offering an unforgettable evening of fun and celebration. Can’t make it in person? Virtual participation options are available so you can support the event from anywhere.

VIRTUAL 5K Run/Walk/Roll
Looking to do the 5K race on your own schedule and at your own location of choice? This is the event for you! Support a great cause while doing something great for your health. You can use any app to track your time such as RunKeeper, or if you prefer a more laid back approach just post your results on our results page or a selfie using the hashtag #YMCARTR when you are done - no time required! Instructions will be sent to all registered participants in September. Virtual Race is NOT eligible for finishing prizes.

This is a flat and fast certified 5K, chip timed event. You can run, walk, roll or stroll!
Course will begin and end on the Runway of the Chatham-Kent Municipal Airport.

About Jordan
Jordan Strickland inspired "Jordan's Run the Runway" 5K run and walk series. For the second time, Jordan's Run the Runway is coming to the Sarnia Chris Hadfield Airport! All funds raised will stay local to the Sarnia-Lambton community, and support access to YMCA camps, programs, and services.
"Jordan loved new adventures, and he was not afraid to try anything. One of the things he loved most in life was going to the YMCA Camp Queen Elizabeth on Beausoleil Island, where he attended many summers as a camper, and nine years as a volunteer counsellor.
Jordan would be turning 40 this year, and we are so grateful for the many friends he met over the years, and who he introduced to us. Thank you so much for Running the Runway to remember our amazing Jordan, and also for his CQE and Siskinds families and friends."
