Raise money for CMHA Alberta and Centre for Suicide Prevention

Canadian Mental Health Association, Alberta Division and Centre for Suicide Prevention (CMHA AB + CSP) work to advance community mental health and suicide prevention across the province.

Together with CMHA Regions, we’re building an Alberta where people’s wellbeing is supported in their community – by a friend, a peer, a support group, their local CMHA office, or the medical system.

We don’t do it alone! Collaboration is key. Together with our partners, including CMHA Regions, workplaces, social agencies, local community groups, and government we can build mentally healthy communities where people live and thrive.

OUR MISSION

We educate to save lives through suicide prevention by equipping people with the knowledge and skills to respond to those considering suicide. 

Race Kit Information: 

If you are ordering a Run for Life race kit, it will be ready in August 2026. 

If you ordered a race kit and live in Calgary, you can pick it up at the CMHA Alberta and Centre for Suicide Prevention office at 105 12 Ave SE in Calgary at the dates and times below:

  • Monday, August 24th -9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Tuesday, August 25th - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Please note that these times are for all Calgary Participants. Participants outside of Calgary will have their race kits mailed. **

*Race Day Pick Up Available - Calgary Pop-Up only* If you're unable to make the Race kit pick-up time, and someone can't pick up your package for you, you may pick up the day of the Calgary Pop-Up event on Sunday Sept. 13th from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at North Glenmore Park - Weaselhead lot.
