Important Update for New Registrations

Due to an overwhelming response and a significant increase in last-minute registrations, we have reached our capacity for race giveaways.

Participants who register from this point forward are not guaranteed and will not receive a race shirt or finisher medal. Your registration still includes participation in the race, a bib, timing (if applicable), on-course support, and all other race-day amenities.

Get ready to dash through the rainbow at the 2026 Twin Cities Pride Rainbow Run 5k & Kid’s Rainbow Dash! Join us for an electric run down Hennepin Avenue and feel the energy as parade spectators cheer you on, or participate virtually from wherever you are!

8:30 am 5k Pre-Run yoga/stretch
9am CST 5K start
10:00am CST Kid’s Rainbow Dash start

Routes:
5K: Start at BF Nelson Park, running down the parade route to finish at MCTC
Rainbow Dash: Two blocks on Hennepin from 11th to Spruce

Starting Locations:
5K: BF Nelson Park [434 NE Main St, Minneapolis, MN 55413]
Rainbow Dash: Hennepin Avenue and 11th Avenue
