Volunteer at the Prior Lake Dental Dash

It takes an incredible team to bring the Prior Lake Dental Dash to life, and we’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make race day a huge success!

Whether you’re cheering runners on, helping with check-in, or handing out medals at the finish line, there are so many fun ways to get involved. Volunteers are the energy behind the event and play a huge role in creating an unforgettable race day experience for our community.

As a thank-you for your time and support, all volunteers will receive a complimentary Event Crew Race Shirt and the appreciation of hundreds of participants!

Hosted by Prior Lake Dental, the Prior Lake Dental Dash raises funds for Spot's Last Stop Canine Rescue, helping rescue dogs in need and connect them with loving homes.

Volunteer Opportunities

We have a variety of roles available so everyone can find something that fits!

Registration & Packet Pick-Up Crew

Help participants get checked in and ready to race by assisting with bib numbers, race shirts, and answering basic questions.

Course Marshals

Be the eyes and ears of the race course! Volunteers will help direct runners and walkers along the route, cheer participants on, and ensure everyone stays safely on course.

Water / Hydration Station Crew

Hand out water to participants along the course and keep runners energized and hydrated.

Finish Line Crew

Celebrate participants as they cross the finish line by handing out medals, cheering loudly, and keeping the finish line area moving smoothly.

Kids Tooth Trot Helpers

Help organize and cheer on our youngest runners during the Tooth Trot Kids Run. This is one of the most fun and high-energy volunteer roles!

Set-Up Crew

Assist with setting up the race area before the event begins, including signage, registration areas, and start/finish line preparation.

Clean-Up Crew

Help us wrap up the event by assisting with quick tear-down and ensuring the area is left clean after the race.

Mascot Team (Fan Favorite!)

Help bring the energy to race day by dressing up as one of our tooth-themed mascots and hyping up the crowd along the course or at the finish line.
