We're Making Waves!
In the spirit of running along our beautiful coastline, runners in the 11k and 5k will be grouped into waves that will start a few minutes apart. This is to reduce congestion on the narrow sections of the route. Your start time will not be activated until your wave is released.
Groups will be formed according to your estimated run time and called up by bib number at the Start Line. We'll do our best to ensure running buddies can stick together!
TIMING / RACE BIBS
We will have a manual timing system operated by an all-star volunteer team in place at the Start & Finish line. There are no chips, therefore it is important that each participant clearly displays their bib on the front of their shirt in order to allow our timing team to accurately log start and finish times according to each bib number.
Start Lists and Results will be available here:
*Please note start lists are subject to change
SAFETY ON COURSE
The sidewalks and Seawalk will not be closed down for exclusive use during the race. Please be aware of other pedestrians and users. If you will have a personal audio device, we strongly recommend using one ear bud to hear the environment around you.
There are several crossing points with vehicles in Willow Point. Please obey our volunteers and ensure you are aware of any vehicles in your surroundings.
RACE PACKAGE PICK-UP
Race Packages include your Race Bibs and can be picked up from the Foundation Rehab Clinic starting at 9:00am. You will need your Race Bib on the front of your shirt to be permitted to start the race!
Participants will only be able to pick up their own bib. That means you cannot pick-up a race bib for someone else, even if you have their ID.

Limited public parking is available at Ken Forde Park, and participants are welcome to park at an available space in front or behind the Foundation Rehab / Elevate building at 2780 S Island Hwy. Street parking is also available on Barlow Road.
